Wellbeing Resources
Wellbeing Support
At Woodfield School, the wellbeing of our pupils, families, and staff is at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that caring for a child or young person with additional needs can sometimes be challenging, and there may be times when families need extra support.
If you are worried about your child's emotional wellbeing, your own wellbeing, or would like support with family challenges, please speak to a member of our Family Liaison Team. We can listen, offer advice, and help you access appropriate services.
Looking After Your Wellbeing
Good wellbeing is about feeling safe, supported, healthy, and connected to others. Small changes can make a big difference, such as:
- Maintaining daily routines
- Spending time outdoors
- Connecting with family and friends
- Taking time for hobbies and relaxation
- Asking for help when you need it
Remember, it is okay to seek support for yourself as well as your child.
