The Family Liaison Team consists of:

• Sheree Moss – Pastoral Lead

• Emma Davies – Family Liaison

The Family Liaison Team plays a key role in supporting children and their families by promoting positive outcomes and removing barriers to learning and wellbeing.

The team works in partnership with parents and carers to identify needs and facilitate access to appropriate support services. This includes signposting to external agencies for emotional wellbeing, behaviour support, and practical assistance. Families are guided on how to access services such as SBLO, Blue Badge applications, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), and housing support, with referrals made to relevant external providers where appropriate.

The team is able to make referrals to services including the Mental Health Support Team, the 0–25 Children’s Service, and Social Care. They also support families by contributing to and attending multi-agency meetings and reviews.

The overarching aim of the Family Liaison Team is to ensure that families receive timely and appropriate support, enabling all pupils to be safe, supported, and able to achieve their full potential.
